Sprouts Farmers Market price target raised to $115 from $100 at BofA

BofA analyst Robert Ohmes raised the firm’s price target on Sprouts Farmers Market to $115 from $100 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after having hosted investor meetings in New York City with the company’s CEO, CFO and COO and coming away with the view that the company’s above industry gross margin appears sustainable. The firm is applying a higher multiple to its unchanged 2025 EPS forecast given its outlook for accelerating same-store sales momentum, a higher expected maintained gross margin rate and potential for further upward estimate revisions.
