Spotify will introduce a new, higher-priced premium plan later this year, a person familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Ashley Carman and Lucas Shaw. Users will be charged at least $5 more per month for access to better audio and new tools via this new option, which will be positioned as an add-on for existing customers, according to the report.
