Spirit Airlines (SAVE) has appointed Richard Wallman as its newest member of its board, effective July 16. Wallman served as CFO and SVP of Honeywell (HON), and its predecessor AlliedSignal, from March 1995 to July 2003. Prior to that, Wallman served in senior financial positions with IBM and Chrysler Corporation. He is currently a director of CECO Environmental., Charles River Laboratories International, and Roper Technologies.
