Goldman Sachs upgraded Spirent Communications to Neutral from Sell with a price target of 170 GBp, down from 175 GBp. The firm said the price target reflects the latest GBP/USD forex assumptions. Goldman noted that Spirent’s shares are down 31% year-to-date, suggesting that risks are priced in at current valuation levels, hence the upgrade.
