The Board of Directors of S&P Global approved a 6.4% increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock. The quarterly dividend will increase from 85c to 90c per share. The dividend of 90c is payable on March 10 to shareholders of record on February 24. The new annualized dividend rate is $3.60 per share.
