Mizuho analyst Anthony Crowdell lowered the firm’s price target on Southern Company to $72 from $73 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares after the company announced that during start-up testing for Vogtle Unit 3 it noticed high vibrations associated with piping on the reactor cooling system.
