Sony (SONY) recently submitted responses to the U.K. Competition and Markets Authority’s findings on Microsoft’s (MSFT) proposed takeover of Activision Blizzard (ATVI), admitting that "beyond doubt that Game Pass is far ahead of PlayStation Plus" in terms of market share, The Verge’s Tom Warren reports. The PlayStation maker reiterated that Microsoft could have incentives to raise the price of "Call of Duty" titles, degrade such games on PlayStation compared to Xbox, and make "Call of Duty" only available on Game Pass, the author notes.
