BMO Capital lowered the firm’s price target on SolarEdge to $56 from $73 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares. The company’s Q2 guidance, particularly with respect to gross margins, as well below the most pessimistic estimates the firm encountered, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Following the quarter, BMO believes that the path to normalized revenue margin levels for SolarEdge is far off.
