The company said, “With these factors in mind, we expect net sales in the fiscal year ending December 27, 2024 to range between $1.06 billion and $1.13 billion, which would represent flat year-over-year performance to an increase of 6.5% on an as-reported basis. For fiscal 2024, we expect adjusted EBITDA1 to range between $120 million and $128 million, which would represent an increase of 2.4% to 9.2% compared to the prior fiscal year on an as-reported basis. While the macroeconomic uncertainty persists, we have a resilient business model, and we are excited to implement our strategy for 2024 and beyond.”
