Goldman Sachs analyst Richard Felton initiated coverage of Smith & Nephew with a Buy rating and 1,400 GBp price target. The analyst sees a clear case for improved performance leading to revenue, EBIT, and EPS CAGR of 5%, 13%, and 15% in FY23-25, which is a meaningful acceleration. The stock has also underperformed since 2019 by over 45% and looks “compelling” at its current valuation, the firm tells investors in a research note.
