FFO for the second quarter of 2023 is net of $0.4 million, or $0.01 per share, of non-cash fair value adjustments for derivatives and included $4.7 million, or $0.07 per share, of fee income related to the sale of a 49.9% joint venture interest in 245 Park Avenue. FFO for the second quarter of 2022 included $4.7 million, or $0.07 per share, of fee income related to the acquisition of 450 Park Avenue and $5.0 million, or $0.07 per share, of income related to the resolution of the Company’s investment in 1591-1597 Broadway.”
