Skyworks downgraded to Underperform from Neutral at Mizuho

Mizuho analyst Vijay Rakesh downgraded Skyworks (SWKS) to Underperform from Neutral with a price target of $60, down from $70. The firm cites a tougher macro backdrop as well as limited share catalysts for radio frequency and handsets for the downgrade. Mizuho expects 2026 iPhone units to decline 7% year-over-year after a better 2025, the analyst tells investors in a research note. In addition, the new foldable iPhone with high selling prices could delay upgrades and impact Qorvo and Skyworks, the firm adds. Mizuho also sees China headwinds for the company as subsidies fade into 2026.
