Skechers sues LL Bean, accusing company of copying its shoes, Reuters says

LL Bean has been sued by Skechers USA, which accused the company of illegally copying its shoes, Jonathan Stempel of Reuters says. According to the complaint, Skechers believes LL Bean’s Freeport shoes infringe two patent designs for “heel cups” that surround the back of the foot.
