Loop Capital lowered the firm’s price target on SiteOne Landscape (SITE) to $125 from $150 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm attributes a slower start to the company’s performance in 2025 to adverse weather. Loop adds that while it is encouraged that SiteOne is expected to return to margin expansion after a challenging 1-2 years of commodity deflation headwinds, its commodity-based product categories such as PVC piping continue to move lower, which has more than offset modest inflation in non-commodity product categories, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
