With a growing patent portfolio that now includes 10 granted patents and 11 pending applications, Sidus Space continues to solidify its position as a leader in cutting-edge aerospace manufacturing and technology. The newly granted ‘028 patent, expected to secure exclusivity until at least September 1, 2041, marks a paradigm shift in the aviation industry’s approach to cockpit gauge stability. This groundbreaking technology is embodied in an Electromagnetic Interference EMI Filter Unit, meticulously designed to filter unwanted interference in aircraft systems, thus enhancing the reliability and security of cockpit instruments. Sidus has also taken the steps to protect this valuable technology internationally as well by filing a patent application pursuant to the Patent Cooperation Treaty. National Phase patent applications in additional international jurisdictions are expected to be filed in Q1 of 2024.
