ServiceNow slips after CEO McDermott sells about $25M in shares

In a regulatory filing after the close on Friday, it was disclosed that ServiceNow Chairman and CEO Bill McDermott sold 53,933 shares of the company’s common stock on Feb. 1 at prices ranging from $454.55-$461.07 per share in transactions with a total aggregate value of about $24.75M. In early Monday trading, shares of ServiceNow are down $13.19, or about 3%, to $459.03. Reference Link
