BMO Capital raised the firm’s price target on ServiceNow to $630 from $615 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company’s Q3 results were “solid all around”, and while the firm envisioned upside to CRPO guide, the reported constant currency CRPO growth of 24% y/y was better than anticipated, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BMO added that it is still harboring concerns about Plus pricing but also acknowledging that results were better than anticipated.
