BofA analyst Brad Sills raised the firm’s price target on ServiceNow (NOW) to $1,280 from $1,075 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. A round of calls with key ServiceNow partners suggests “solidly in-line or better deal activity” in Q4, notes the analyst, who calls this “a slight improvement” from Q3. ServiceNow is “second only to Microsoft (MSFT) with tangible AI revenue,” argues the analyst, who sees a long runway for share gains and topline growth.
