HSBC downgraded Scout24 to Hold from Buy with a price target of EUR 76, up from EUR 70. The company’s capital markets day delivered on expectations with “encouraging mid-term guidance across the board,” the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm, however, believes the Scout24 “story needs near-term catalysts” and sees a balanced risk/reward at current share levels.
