Schneider announced that on January 29, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 9.5c per share on its Class A and Class B common stock, a 6% increase over the previous quarterly dividend of 9c per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of March 8 and expected to be paid on April 9.
