SAP (SAP) is under investigation by the DOJ for potentially conspiring to overcharge government agencies over the course of a decade, Bloomberg’s Jake Bleiberg reports. Lawyers for the DOJ have been looking since at least 2022 at whether SAP illegally conspired with product reseller Carahsoft to fix prices on sales to the U.S. military and other parts of the government, according to federal court records filed in Baltimore. Prosecutors are also examining the role of other software resellers and a unit of Accenture (ACN), the report notes.
