Nokia’s mobile networks assets are drawing preliminary interest from suitors including Samsung Electronics, Jillian Deutsch, Yoolim Lee, Ryan Gould, and Dinesh Nair of Bloomberg report, citing people with knowledge of the matter. Nokia has been having discussions with advisers about potential options for its mobile networks business, sources told Bloomberg. The company has considered a number of different scenarios, from selling some or all of the division, to spinning it off or combining with a rival, the people said. The entire unit could be valued at roughly $10B, the people added.
