Samsung (SSNLF) Chairman Jay Lee was found not guilty of accounting fraud and stock manipulation by a Seoul appeals court, Joyce Lee and Hyunjoo Jin of Reuters reports. The Seoul High Court upheld the lower court’s ruling dismissing all charges related to a 2015 merger that prosecutors argued was designed to cement his control of the tech giant.
