Talks between Salesforce (CRM) and data-management software firm Informatica (INFA) have fizzled after the companies couldn’t agree on terms, according to people familiar with the matter, The Wall Street Journal’s Lauren Thomas, Dana Cimilluca and Laura Cooper report.
