TD Cowen raised the firm’s price target on SAIC to $155 from $145 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm said the visibility of recovering revenue growth in FY26 is enhanced by a rising bid pipeline with a richer mix and, expected drop in recompete loss headwind.
