Citi raised the firm’s price target on Saia to $435 from $390 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The latest installment of Citi’s shipper survey were modestly positive with an improving volume outlook based on an end of destock, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says rate expectations were softer and below seasonality, however. It expects spot rates to inflect in the spring.
