Sabre expands relationship with Scandinavian Airlines

Sabre announced a multi-year distribution agreement that expands its relationship with Scandinavian Airlines, or SAS. The agreement ensures Sabre-connected agencies can retain access to SAS’s fares and offers through the Sabre travel marketplace, while also giving SAS the ability to distribute future New Distribution Capability, or NDC, content. SAS is the flag carrier of Denmark, Norway and Sweden. The enhanced agreement with Sabre supports the airline’s new distribution model, which aims at providing travellers with SAS offers through NDC in addition to EDIFACT, both through the direct and the indirect channel.
