Sable Offshore (SOC) CEO Jim Flores revealed to a group of investors on a call that the company would likely have to raise up to $200M in equity by the end of 2025, Sam Koppelman and Till Daldrup of Hunterbrook report, citing a leaked audio of the call and messages from a group chat. The company seems to have shared other information to certain investors, including golfer Phil Mickelson, the website adds. Hunterbrook’s affiliate Hunterbrook Capital may take financial positions based on its reporting. Shares of Sable Offshore are down 8% to $11.82 following the report.
