Piper Sandler raised the firm’s price target on Rubrik (RBRK) to $87 from $83 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm says the market continues to underestimate Rubrik’s market momentum and cloud-transition, as Cloud ARR exits the year at 67% growth and 80% of Total ARR, which despite the guidance raise vs. prior, makes guidance still well-setup for beat-and-raises throughout FY26 despite the volatile macro.
