Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on Rocket Lab (RKLB) to $68 from $20 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. Rocket Lab is “an earlier-stage alternative to SpaceX,” says the analyst, who notes that the firm’s new valuation “takes cues” from SpaceX’s implied value. However, with the stock price up about 152% year-to-date, Rocket Lab is one of the top-performing Space stocks in 2025 and “much appears priced in” at the current valuation, the analyst added.
