Citi lowered the firm’s price target on Rocket Lab to $5.75 from $7.40 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares after the company announced that its Electron Rocket suffered a failed mission overnight. This is the fourth failure of this vehicle in 41 attempts, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm believes a lower valuation multiple is warranted given the risk and uncertainty surrounding this failure.
