Four workers have sued Rivian in separate suits in 2024 over claims that they were harassed, in certain cases by top executives, and that the company’s management did little to address their concerns, TechCrunch’s Sean O’Kane reports, citing court records. The car maker also reached settlement pacts in three other harassment and discrimination cases, the author notes.
