Rigetti Computing (RGTI) announced that it has appointed Thomas Iannotti as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Iannotti succeeds Cathy McCarthy in the role of Chair, with Ms. McCarthy continuing to serve as a member of the Board of Directors. Iannotti currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Applied Materials (AMAT), a role which he has held since 2017.
