Rent The Runway CFO Scarlett O’Sullivan to transition out of role

RTR also announced that Scarlett O’Sullivan, its CFO has made the decision to transition out of her role effective May 25, and that Sid Thacker, currently the SVP, FP&A, has been appointed as CFO as of the effective date. O’Sullivan will continue to serve as an advisor to RTR until August 25.
