Rekor Systems price target raised to $4.50 from $4 at B. Riley

B. Riley analyst Zach Cummins raised the firm’s price target on Rekor Systems to $4.50 from $4 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Rekor successfully sold $15M in Series A Prime Revenue Sharing Notes on December 13 and proceeds from the notes offering should ease near-term liquidity concerns, the analyst tells investors.
