Evercore ISI upgraded Regency Centers (REG) to Outperform from In Line with a price target of $71, up from $69. Regency has lagged peers year-to-date and its relative value has improved, notes the analyst, who believes Regency has a good risk/reward profile and “one of the stronger balance sheets in the sector.” Q4 earnings for the retail REITs kicks off as Simon Property (SPG) reports on Monday, February 5, the analyst also noted.
