Stifel analyst Simon Yarmak raised the firm’s price target on Realty Income to $67.50 from $65 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after the company reported Q2 AFFO per share of $1.06, 3c ahead of the firm’s estimate and 2c ahead of the Street view.
