Baird lowered the firm’s price target on RealReal to $2.75 from $3.75 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The analyst said Q4 sales and adjusted EBITDA were ahead of consensus but Q1 was guided below and full year guidance was withheld for now as the new CEO announced in January refines the plan.
