JonesResearch initiated coverage of Real Brokerage with a Buy rating and $2.50 price target. The technology powered real estate brokerage believes that the home buying experience is “broken” and is building a one-stop-shop platform for homebuyers, the analyst tells investors. At a time when real estate agents are leaving the business, Real’s business model continues to attract new agents and the scalability of the model and platform allows profit margins to grow as agent count increases without adding additional support costs, the analyst added.
