Rapid7 (RPD) is exploring options, including a possible sale, after attracting acquisition interest, people familiar with the matter tell Reuters’ Milana Vinn. The cybersecurity company is working with investment bank Goldman Sachs (GS) as it considers approaches from parties that include private equity firms, the report said.
