Loop Capital analyst Yun Kim raised the firm’s price target on Qualtrics to $18 from $11 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares after the company agreed to be acquired by Silver Lake and Canada Pension Plan at $12.5B or $18.15/share in cash. The transaction valuation is "fair" at multiples that are similar to growth peer group average, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
