Public Storage downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Raymond James

Raymond James analyst Jonathan Hughes downgraded Public Storage to Market Perform from Outperform without a price target. While Hughes is positive on self storage as a whole, he believes Public Storage’s risk/reward profile is less-attractive than peers and now is the time to move to the sidelines after recent outperformance.
