DA Davidson lowered the firm’s price target on Provident Financial to $17 from $19 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 was a miss on pre-provision net revenue, though its results saw decelerating net interest margin compression and strong loan growth, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm adds however that it is concerned that deal delays could disrupt acquired businesses.
