The Company’s Board of Directors has appointed Ed Pershing as Chief Executive Officer and Dominic Rodrigues as President. Pershing has served as Board chairman since 2018 and was a Board observer and chairman of the Company’s Strategic Advisory Board from 2017 to 2018. Rodrigues worked in management consulting and corporate development in science and technology-driven industries prior to Provectus.
