Mizuho analyst Vikram Malhotra initiated coverage of Prologis with a Buy rating and $140 price target. The company has a "very diverse" product offering both in terms of geography as well as warehouse size, small, mid- and large, to meet tenant requirements, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm sees Prologis as better positioned to cater to evolving needs relative to peers. While currency and moderating asset values are near-term headwinds, these are likely tailwinds into 2024, says Mizuho.
