JPMorgan analyst Jimmy Bhullar upgraded Progressive to Overweight from Neutral with an unchanged price target of $146. The company’s June results were “poor” but do not alter the long-term view of the company’s earnings power and growth potential, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says growth expectations have become less optimistic and the stock’s valuation “seems compelling” following the recent pullback.
