PriceSmart announces one-time special dividend of $1.00 per share

The Company has decided to distribute excess cash to stockholders in the form of a special dividend. On April 3, the company’s Board of Directors declared a one-time $1.00 per share special dividend payable on April 30 to stockholders of record on April 19.
