UBS analyst Karl Keirstead raised the firm’s price target on PowerSchool to $24 from $22 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. At its inaugural investor day event, PowerSchool reflected on its progress since the IPO two years ago, reaffirmed Q3 guidance and set 2026 targets that were in-line with or higher than the firm expected, the analyst tells investors in a research note. UBS says the multiple looks fairly full.
