Morgan Stanley analyst Matthew Sharpe initiated coverage of Planet Labs with an Equal Weight rating and $6 price target. "Secular tailwinds" in the company’s end-market should support strong revenue growth but consensus estimates appear high and downward revisions are likely, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says Planet Labs is a provider of earth imagery and analytics to commercial and government customers.
