Barclays lowered the firm’s price target on Performance Food Group to $84 from $86 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The company’s fiscal Q2 fell short top to bottom, an anomaly for Performance who historically guides conservatively, the analyst tells investors in a research note. However, the firm says foodservice trends improved through the quarter.
